Hello bebeeh/ my readerr :] . 29.june. i have my class patisseries . Its like my FAVV class of the week . can make new cake tat i never bake . NYUM ! Heehee . so today my group get pineapples cake . I never bake this cake . Urghh . And the first ingredients tat i saw is PINEAPPLES tat haven't chopped yet . i was like .. MAMA ! help me . hehe . usually my mum do the all things ! hihii . so.. thanks to my group member , we help each other to make this cake done . Ingredients :
Plain flour : 500gm
sugar castor : 580gm[i used 480gm only]
eggs : 8nos
Vegetables oils : 300ml
Pineapple : [ chopped nicely ]
salt : 5gm
baking powder : 20gm
cinnamon powder : [ better used other essence, ex: vanilla etc. ]
Eggs , vegetables oils, and castor sugar pukul sehingga kembang :)
